This Underwriting Fee Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between Society of Bosses LLC ("Consultant") and ("Client") as of 05/11/2025.

1. Services

Consultant agrees to provide underwriting services to assist Client in obtaining business funding through 0% APR business credit cards (the "Services").

2. Underwriting Fee

In consideration for the Services provided by Consultant, Client agrees to pay a fee equal to 10% of the total amount of funding obtained through the credit cards (the "Underwriting Fee").

3. Payment Terms

The Underwriting Fee shall be due and payable by the Client within [Number of Days] days of receiving the funded amount.

4. Default and Remedies

If Client fails to make the payment as specified in Section 3, Consultant reserves the right to take the following action:

a. Credit Card Closure: In the event of non-payment, Consultant has the authority to request the closure of credit card accounts associated with the funded amount.

5. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State].
